The Structure of Economic Policy Making in the White House

Former Bush Administration Economic Policy Advisor Keith Hennessey provides an excellent outline (here) of the various official economic policy positions and groups in the Executive Office of the President. Anyone who doesn't already understand well the hierarchy of positions and groups, and how they interact and mesh (or fail to mesh) on a practical level, should find Hennessey's piece helpful.
