Tuesday Training

Had a heck of a training ride this evening. First, I went to the park with my son for a pre-ride ride. Then, I met the group at Fishback Creek and we headed over to the outskirts of Fayette for some interval training. Coach Karl had us do: 4 sets of 1 minute spin-ups (with a minute rest in between each); 5 sets of 3 minute intervals at 300 Watts (with 3 minutes in between each), and one-legged drills (4 x 1 min per leg). By the time we pedaled our way home, I had 50 miles on my odometer and a pair of pretty sore legs.
