Intervals and Arsenal

I managed to get out before the rain today for some VO2 max intervals in the Park. After putting in the hard work in the park, I returned home in time to spin on the trainer in the basement during the first-half of Arsenal's 1-0 victory over Wolves. The Gunners left it late, scoring the only goal of the game in the last minute of second-half injury time. But, as they say, a win is a win. And, since Chelsea took all three points from Manchester United earlier in their match at Old Trafford, Arsenal now sit three points behind first-place Chelsea and just one point behind ManU for second place in the league tables. With all of their injuries, it's almost too much to hope that the Gunners can still compete for the top spot, but with a month left to go in the season, I'm not writing them off. Are you?
