A Call to Pens

Harvard Law Professor Lawrence Lessig has issued a stirring call for a constitutional convention to fix the intertwined problems (which long predate the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision) of money and corruption in Congress. It is published here in The Nation.

The public choice cynic in me wants to ask how such a convention might be structured to avoid the very problems of money and corruption that it is supposed to root out of Congress.
